Before Your Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Please note that the reception is closed from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and after 8:00 PM.

What time do we need to check out of the cabin?

You must check out of the cabin by 11:00 AM, but you are welcome to stay on the site for the rest of the

Do we need to order meal baskets in advance?

Yes, meal baskets must be ordered no later than the day before your arrival. Only breakfast can be ordered on-site for the following day.

Do you provide bed linens and towels?

Bed linens are provided in the chalets and gîtes, and the beds are made in the cabins. In the SPA cabins, towels and bathrobes are also provided.

Don't forget your swimwear for the heated pool at 28°C!

Late arrivals

We welcome guests between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. We can accommodate slight delays, but the reception closes at 8:00 PM, after which your reservation will be lost.

Is a PCR test or vaccine required to come to the Moulin?

No, the Moulin is located on private property, and we do not require a PCR test or vaccination.

During Your Stay

Is there electricity in the cabins?

Yes, all our tree cabins have electricity with lights and power outlets, as do the luxury cabins. Only the LOV cabins are not connected to the grid.

Is there water in the cabins?

Yes, only the luxury cabins with spa and the chalets are connected to the water network. Other cabins with kitchens are provided with a water jerrycan.

How do you wash in the cabins?

There is a heated sanitary facility nearby with showers and toilets, except for the luxury cabins and chalets, which are equipped with a shower and a sink.

Is there heating in the cabins?

All our cabins are insulated and have heating. Only the LOVs, which are suspended and insulated nests, are not heated, but they come with two thick duvets for colder seasons.

Are there toilets in the cabins?

The family cabins have dry toilets, the luxury cabins have real toilets, and the LOVs have none.

Can we cook in the cabins?

The family cabins have a cabin-style kitchen with gas burners, fridge, pots, dishes, etc. You are self-sufficient for meals, but you will need to wash your dishes at the sanitary block. The luxury cabins have a fully equipped kitchen.

Cleaning

Chalets and gîtes must be left as you found them, meaning clean. You have the option to pay for cleaning services if needed. Cabins are offered in a bed and breakfast style, so cleaning is not required.

Booking Questions

Are the availability calendars up to date?

Yes, as soon as we finalize a rental contract, the date appears in gray on the calendar (unavailable).

How do I use a gift voucher?

When paying for your reservation, check "gift voucher" and enter the voucher number. The recipient of the voucher can then use it for the rental of their choice.

 

Can I pay on-site with a credit card?

No, we do not have a card payment machine.

What are the cancellation conditions?

If you wish to cancel your stay less than 30 days before your arrival, you will forfeit the entire cost of your stay.

What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of rain, all activities remain accessible. However, during a storm, we invite you to contact us for the site's weather conditions. Please note that bad weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation.

Activities and Wellness

Can you swim in the pond?

No, swimming in the pond is not possible due to its size.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, there is a large covered and heated swimming pool from April to October at 28°C. Depending on the weather, the pool enclosure may be open or closed to ensure you have an enjoyable swimming experience.

Can you fish freely?

Yes, fishing is allowed if you bring your own equipment. Fishing is practiced on a NO KILL basis with barbless hooks.

Activities

The many activities at the Moulin are free of charge. It’s a matter of common sense and courtesy—use it, then put it back.
