Completely renovated Perigordian country house, offering a lovely fitted kitchen with central island, a spacious living room and a ground floor bedroom with two 80 cm beds or one 160 cm bed. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an 80 cm bed. The house has a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with a heat pump for heating and air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The private garden is a haven of peace, with a Nordic spa, deckchairs, garden furniture and a plancha for outdoor meals. Private parking is also available.
